We will provide you with the requested information (usually within one business day when possible). On request we will also be able to provide the insights and support of one of our medical or technical professionals, including medical doctors (M.D.).

3. Official quote and order confirmation

After customer's review, all relevant details will be confirmed in an official quote with all applicable terms and payment information. Should anything need to be changed, we will be happy to send you a new official quote. When everything is satisfactory, the order will be confirmed.

4. Shipping

Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. Whenever CIP shipping is included, a free tracking service and the preparation of relevant standard export documentation is included as well. Special documentation e.g. official COO documentation signed by the Chamber of Commerce and/or the relevant Embassy will be available on request. Contact us for more details.
